Private Residence Glass Lumina™ Stairs

        This floating, suspended, light-emitting Glass stair in a Private Residence designed by Chris Benedict Architects, uses Lumina panels to stunning effect. The 2-1/2” thick panels were custom designed and detailed for this application to have light-emission on both surfaces as well as holes for the suspending hardware and LED edge-lighting. Included is a special “kite” shaped panel that serves as the landing. The final effect is a spectacularly luminous levitating stairway.
